Ordering Process at Créapub

At Créapub, we make sure your experience purchasing promotional products and apparel is smooth, efficient, and fully personalized. Here are the steps of a typical ordering process—from first contact to final delivery.

 

  1. First Contact with Our Team

As soon as you reach out to us by phone or email for a promotional product request, we assign you a dedicated promotional marketing consultant. This person will take the time to understand your needs, budget, and marketing goals.

 

  1. Needs Assessment and Product Recommendations

Your consultant will apply the funnel method (see our blog on this topic on our website) to narrow down your request and present a tailored selection of products that precisely meet your expectations. Several criteria are considered, including the intended use of the product, target audience, and your visual identity.

 

  1. Logo Validation and Option Adjustments

To personalize your items, we’ll need your logo. We’ll ask you to provide it in vector format (see our blog about the importance of vector logos). If you don’t have it, our team can help you obtain a proper version.

 

  1. Official Quote

Once your product selection is made, your consultant will send you an official quote detailing the chosen items, quantities, timelines, and costs. You’ll be able to review it and request changes if needed.

  1. Confirmation and Approval

After you approve the quote, you’ll need to send us your vector logo (if not already provided) and officially confirm your order. We’ll then send you an order form to sign for final approval.

 

  1. Production Launch

Your consultant will then forward the order to our internal project manager, who will kick off the production process. Within a few days, you’ll receive a digital proof showing your logo applied to the product. This step is crucial for verifying that the final result meets your expectations.

 

  1. Proof Approval and Production Start

Once you approve the proof, we’ll officially begin production on your order. You’ll receive an email with an estimated delivery date.

 

  1. Production Time and Delivery

The average production time is 7 to 15 business days after proof approval. However, some products may have shorter or longer lead times. That’s why it’s important to let us know your event date so we can recommend the best option.

Shipping typically takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on the origin of the product and your delivery location. We manage this logistics process to ensure your merchandise arrives as quickly as possible.

 

  1. Shipping and Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our factory or that of our partners, our project manager will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You’ll be able to track your package in real time.

 

  1. Delivery and After-Sales Follow-Up

Once your order is delivered, your promotional marketing consultant will follow up to ensure everything meets your expectations. We kindly ask that you check the merchandise within 48 hours of delivery and report any issues promptly.
