Features 100% polyester oxford outer shell with Polyurethane coating combined with taped seams for rainwear purposes. 4" band with reflective tape front and back in WSIB configuration. Reverse the garment to 100% polyester water repellant taffeta. Lightly insulated for transitional purposes and elastic binding at cuff and hem for fine finishing details.
