Committed to our professional service, the incumbent of this position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service. The person in this position will respond to customer requests for information on the services offered by the organization according to their needs. This person will also ensure the smooth running of requests at the store and recognition program level in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and functions

Main tasks performed in this job:

→ Customer service for our customers as well as all our users of our virtual
    stores (telephone customer service, email and Messenger);
→ Management of merchandise returns;
→ Works in collaboration with the coordinator of the Boutique – Web
    department;
→ Integration of new users on our platforms and addition of points in the
    WEB stores;
→ Compilation and monitoring of user orders;
→ Integration of new products.

Required requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

→ Excellent command of spoken and written French;
→ Very good command of English (bilingualism required);
→ Good command of computers and Office suite (Excel, Word);
→ Versatility;
→ Experience in customer service of at least 1 year;
→ Enjoy working with the public and good communication skills;
→ Interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy and politeness: you will be the
    customer's first contact with the company.
