Your role at Creapub

Main tasks performed in this job:

• Support clients in selecting creative promotional solutions that align with their brand identity and business objectives.
   
• Understand client needs, analyze challenges, and deliver strategic, customized recommendations.
   
• Actively develop your client portfolio: identify new business opportunities, prospect, grow existing accounts, and maximize their potential.
   
• Prepare accurate and compelling quotes, coordinate order follow-ups with project managers, and ensure a smooth, professional client experience.
   
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, administration, marketing, suppliers) to deliver high-quality projects.
   
• Maintain proactive follow-ups and build long-term, trust-based business relationships.
   
• Stay up to date on trends, innovations, and new products in the promotional merchandise industry.

The profile we're looking for

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

• Experience in consultative sales, account development, or customer service (experience in promotional products or marketing is a strong asset).
   
• Excellent communication skills with a strong relationship-building mindset.
   
• Fluent in French and English.
   
• Highly organized, structured, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
   
• Strategic, creative, and solution-oriented.
   
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and methodical.
   
• Strong interest in branding, marketing, and promotional products.
