Your role at Créapub

Main tasks performed in this job:

Provide full leadership of the sales team with a clear objective: build and guide a high-performing team rooted in a strong, dynamic company culture driven by rigor and excellence.

Lead and coach the Promotional Marketing Advisors team (Quebec City and Montreal)

Implement structured sales rhythms: weekly meetings, one-on-one feedback sessions, and action plans

Oversee and actively manage the CRM (HubSpot): pipeline, conversion rates, retention, follow-ups, and key performance indicators

Take ownership of new client inquiries and ensure their proper integration into the sales cycle

Develop strategic accounts and supplier partnerships

Negotiate annual agreements with key partners

Train new advisors and standardize representation practices and the sales cycle

Recommend strategic adjustments to senior leadership

The profile we're looking for

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the promotional products industry and 10 years in sales

Proven experience leading and coaching a sales team

Strong command of HubSpot and business performance metrics

Engaging communicator, disciplined, and self-driven

Available to travel between Quebec City and Montreal

Bilingual (French/English) – required
